Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts
Back in 2008 I produced a range of promotional items for Liverpool's Institute for Performing Arts as they held a three day knowledge transfer and research initiative focusing on the development of the vocational performing arts curriculum.
I created a 'parentheses' based brand identity that carries over brochures, mailers, stationery, and posters and flyers used at the event. A simple two-colour print job used metallic magenta and silver to elevate the look and feel of the items produced.
The stylised illustrations were designed and created by Carlisle-based illustrator and artist Carl Sowerby, who also produced short promotional animations using these characters for the LIPA website and email marketing campaigns in the run-up to the event.
